Policies

Refund Policy:

Voluntary
A $25.00 Service Charge applies to all PSYA registrations and is NON REFUNDABLE.
A 50% fee will be assessed on ALL refunds requested between April 1-30.
A 75% fee will be assessed on ALL refunds requested between May 1-31.
NO REFUNDS as of June 1.
NO REFUNDS IF YOU ARE USING PAYMENT PLANS

Mandatory
If a child is dropped from the program for any of the following reasons, NO REFUNDS will be issued.
1. Failure to pay registration fees and fundraising money by player certification.
2. Failure to provide all documents required by deadline dates.
3. The child is a disciplinary problem.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE UNTIL ALL EQUIPMENT/UNIFORM HAVE BEEN RETURNED.

Registration Policy:  

If you opt to mail in a check during online registration, you have 14 days to either pay your account in full by check or set up a payment plan online in order to keep your player/cheerleaders spot.
If you are unable to pay the full registration fee we will offer financial assistance in the form of a payment plan. 
All accounts must be paid in full before the first day of practice. No athletes will be allowed to participate until account is paid in full.
